Turkey vows solution for Syrian crisis after local elections

(MENAFN) On Saturday, Turkey's president vowed that they will "definitely" reach a solution for the Syrian crisis in the field after Sunday's local polls in Turkey.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated in a poll rally in Istanbul, "We will definitely solve Syria issue on the field, if possible, and not on the table, as the first work after elections".

Erdogan affirmed that who attempts to close Turkey's southern borders with a terror corridor will never get an opportunity to do that.

He added, "We have taught the necessary lesson to those who tried to do that and we will do the same to them in the future".
