(MENAFN- UkrinForm) President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Oleksandr Balanutsa as Ukrainian ambassador to Kuwait.
This is stated in the presidential decree No. 84 of March 21.
"To appoint Oleksandr Balanutsa as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait," the decree says.
