The Indian cricket team goes into the ICC World Cup 2019 as one of the leading sides.

The team has been consistent in terms of results under skipper Virat Kohli.

But in their last ODI series ahead of the 2019 World Cup, Kohli's men suffered a 2-3 series loss.
