Turkmenistan, Bahrain sign number of intergovernmental documents

A number of bilateral documents were signed at the conclusion of the Turkmen-Bahraini summit talks in Ashgabat, Trend reports referring to the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

The ceremony was attended by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and King of Bahrain Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, who is on a state visit to the country.

The sides concluded intergovernmental memorandums of understanding on cooperation in the fields of transport, e-government and between the Central Banks of the two countries.

Documents were also signed in the fields of culture, education, tourism and sports and an agreement on reciprocal visa-free regime for holders of diplomatic, official and special passports.
