China's COMAC to give training to boost customer service capacity


(MENAFN) Commercial Aircraft Corp. of China (COMAC) has begun construction of its customer service training base in Jiaxing, east China's Zhejiang Province.

According to the company, constructing the service training base is a major step for it to boost its service capacity, aiming to better meet demands from future customers.

As an extension facility of COMAC's customer service sector, the base is established to provide training to flight attendants, aircraft maintenance and dispatch, modified to improve service for future customers of the C919 and CR929 airplanes.

The first stage of the 40,500-square-meter training base will be put into action in September 2020 and will cover an area of about 12.5 hectares.
