MBK Adds Three Regional Directors of Sales to Support Expanding Portfolio




(MENAFN - PRLog) MBK Senior Living (MSL) has named Shane Ness, Judith Jones and Robyn Childs as the company's regional directors of sales. These experienced sales professionals will support the sales and marketing teams at MSL's 33 communities located throughout the Western United States.

Promoted from within MSL, Shane Ness most recently served as the director of sales and marketing for the company's Tuscany at McCormick Ranch community in Scottsdale, Arizona. Ness has a proven track record for achieving measurable results, strengthening market presence, and producing sustainable revenue gains. Ness has earned a reputation for building relationships with customers and fellow team members, generating qualified leads and achieving record-breaking occupancy goals. In this new role, Ness will lend his expertise to the company's Arizona and Washington communities. In addition, Ness is a licensed Real Estate agent in Arizona and Utah.

With more than 20 years in the senior living industry, Judith Jones has supported communities in California, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Kansas, Illinois, and Connecticut. Her expertise includes strategic market planning and positioning, CRM management techniques, referral development strategies, public relations positioning, niche marketing strategies as well as conducting effective sales training and coaching. Judith graduated with honors from Cal Poly Pomona with a B.A. in Behavioral Science and Minor in Business with an emphasis on Marketing. Jones will be responsible for the company's California and Oregon communities.

From new builds and lease-ups through redevelopments, Robyn Childs has extensive marketing and sales experience in the senior living industry. She has worked with over 100 communities and teams nationwide. As a results-driven sales leader and coach, Childs' strengths lie in managing large portfolios, growing occupancy, analyzing sales performance and identifying sales priorities and opportunities. Childs holds an MBA from the BYU Marriott School of Business, and an undergrad in Health Education from the University of Utah. She will oversee MSL's Colorado and Utah communities.
