The 3-month Leadership and Management Development Programs are designed to develop the leadership and management skills of their participants. The courses are delivered using a blended approach that targets the development of the skills and traits necessary to enable participants to achieve their ambitions and career goals.
Part of QNB's talent management approach for its leaders is to develop the leadership and management competencies necessary to support its expansion and the rapid growth of its operations. The programs are part of this talent management approach as well as the Bank's Human Capital strategy, which aims to consolidate the status of QNB as the employer of choice in Qatar and across its international footprint.
