(MENAFN) The father of an Alabama college student who left abandoned the US to take part in the Islamic State (IS) group is raising lawsuit against the government over her right to come back.
Ahmed Ali Muthana blamed the Trump administration of an "unlawful attempt" to prevent Hoda Muthana's citizenship.
Ms Muthana has confessed that she is ready to face federal charges upon her return.
However, President Donald Trump has demanded officials to prevent the previous IS propagandist from accessing the US. €ƒ
