Tunisia busts at least 25 kg marijuana


(MENAFN) Customs officers at the Tunis-Carthage International Airport declared that Tunisia on Friday have busted 25.8 kilograms of marijuana.

The Tunisian Directorate General of Customs added that the amount of marijuana was hidden inside food items in the luggage of three passengers arriving from the Conakry International Airport of Guinea.

The source did not mention the nationality of the suspects, however, confirmed that they were residents in Tunisia.

A probe has been initiated into the confiscation. €ƒ
