The game took place at the Olympic National Sports Complex in Kyiv on Thursday. The first match in Piraeus a week ago ended in a 2-2 draw.
Dynamo Kyiv's Fran Sol scored the winner in the 32nd minute, according to Ukrinform.
Earlier on Thursday, another Ukrainian club, Shakhtar Donetsk, lost 1-4 to Eintracht Frankfurt away and pulled out of the Europa League (the first game ended in a 2-2 draw).
