Mexican restaurant La Tabita just got a bit spicier with its new Thursday nights, which come under the title: 'Barrio Latino', in collaboration with entertainment company 'Bailame Cuba', on tonight from 8pm. 'Barrio Latino', translates into 'Latin Neighbourhood' and will offer food, drinks, music and dance! The Bailame Cuba dancers will be teaching salsa classes at 10pm. Merry Widow
The Merry Widow is one of the gems of Viennese operetta and from today until Saturday the chorus-ballet ensemble and orchestra of the Budapest Operetta and Musical Theatre, will be putting it on at Dubai Opera. Conducted by Lszl Maklry, the Director of the Budapest Operetta and Musical Theatre, the show is set in the vibrant, artistic city of Paris in the early 20th century and tells the story of Hanna Glawari, a resplendently wealthy widow and ambassador, Baron Mirko Zeta's potential romance.
