Burberry apologizes for 'suicide' hoodie


(MENAFN) Burberry has expressed regrets for displaying a hoodie with a noose around the neck at London Fashion Week.

The fashion brand was lashed out at, by one of its own models, Liz Kennedy, on Instagram, in which she shared: "Suicide is not fashion."

She added: "Let's not forget about the horrifying history of lynching either."

Burberry boss Marco Gobbetti declared that the brand was "deeply sorry for the distress" left, as "It was insensitive and we made a mistake."
