(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- H E Sheikh Khalid bin Omar bin Said al Marhoon, Minister of Civil Service received in his office Dr Ali Shameem, president of the Civil Service Commission in the Maldives, who is currently visiting the sultanate.
H E Marhoon highlighted the strong relations binding the sultanate and the Maldives. The guest was briefed about the functions of the ministry, successful administrative practices and a number of statistical data relating to the civil service sector.
Dr Shameem hailed the relations binding the two countries in various fields. He reviewed several aspects relating to civil service sector in the Maldives and the statistical indexes of civil services sector. He also underlined the importance of existing cooperation between the two countries.
