Israeli PM, Russian President to meet In Moscow


(MENAFN) On Sunday, Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that he will encounter with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow to boost the coordination of the two countries' forces in Syria.

The meeting adopted to be held on Thursday, according to a statement released by the Prime Minister's Office.

Talking at the start of the weekly cabinet meeting, Netanyahu affirmed the meeting seeks to "prevent friction between the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) and the Russian army."

The prime minister emphasized the meeting will concentrate also on Israel's efforts to keep Iranian forces away from Syria.
