(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia, as reported the Saudi Press Agency, slammed a terrorist attack which recently targeted the North Sinai region in Egypt.
Saudi Arabia is committed to stand by Egypt in the battle against terrorism, a source at the Saudi Foreign Ministry affirmed.
In a statement, the source also extended Saudi Arabia's condolences to the Egyptian government, its citizens, and the families of the victims.
It comes as the Egyptian army issued a statement saying: "combing operations and the pursuit and elimination of the terrorist elements in the area where the incident took place is ongoing."
