Saudi Arabia to invest USD10b in Pakistan's Balochistan

(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia decided to allocate more than USD10 billion of investments in Pakistan's Balochistan in various areas, including refinery, minerals and renewable energy.

Meanwhile, Petroleum Minister Ghulam Sarwar Khan unveiled, "the annual oil import bill will be reduced by $1.2 billion due to the new Saudi refinery."

According to the minister, Saudi Arabia is planning to sign ten deals with Pakistan upon the visit of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

During the trip, Saudi Arabia would secure two contracts for oil and minerals after Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) and Balochistan already decided to sign an agreement for mineral investments.
