Egyptian SUMED, Saudi Aramco ink agreements


(MENAFN) Egyptian Petroleum Ministry announced on Tuesday an agreement to have been signed between SUMED and Saudi Aramco.

Under the agreement, 222,000 cubic meters of gas oil storage capacity will be supplied in Sidi Kerir with an aim to re-export it around Europe.

In a statement, the Egyptian ministry confirmed the two sides to have signed another contract for fuel oil supply.

As per the second deal, fuel oil storage capacity of 165,000 cubic meters will be provided in the Red Sea port of Ain Sokhna.
