(MENAFN) Chinese state media have shared footage revealing a Uighur musician who was said to have been killed in a detention camp before.
The footage, which was released on 10 February, showed a man believed to be Abdurehim Heyit announcing that he is in "good health".
Turkey earlier requested China to shutdown the camps after reports of his death.
A total of to a million Uighurs are reportedly being locked.
