(MENAFN) Egypt is hosting the International Petroleum Conference which commenced on Monday in New Cairo and will last for three days.
Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly launched the conference, hailing it as a "great opportunity" for strengthening the oil market in the country.
The event will be a way to open a door for potentials that could be of advantage to each party involved, the prime minister affirmed.
New Cairo is hosting the event under the slogan "North Africa and the Mediterranean: Meeting Tomorrow's Energy Needs."
