Baghdad, Feb. 5 (Petra) -- The U.S.-Iran conflict is affecting Iraq's security, Iraqi Security Advisor, Falih Fayyadh , said Tuesday.
Fayyadh added in a statement that: "We in Iraq need to reform the security sector as this matter is very important for the entire region."
Daesh coming on the stage has contributed to unite all Iraqis and made all countries in the region feel the danger, he noted.
Fayyadh stressed that the U.S.-Iran conflicts is affecting Iraq and the security forces, pointing out that Iraqis have rallied to the security forces after 2014 to combat terror and came out victorious.
Away from political alignment, Iraq can't be separated from the U.S.-imposed sanctions on Iran, Fayyadh concluded.
