(MENAFN- UkrinForm) In 2018, the total passenger traffic inthe airports of Ukraine increased by 24.5% compared with 2017.
"The passenger traffic inthe airports of Ukraine increased by 24.5% and totaled 20.545,500 people, including within the international service - by 25.8% and totaled 18.356,700 people,"the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine reports.
It is also noted that in 2018, the passenger numbers of Ukrainian airlines increased by 18.6% compared with 2017 and amounted to 12.524,900 people, including within the international service - by 19% and amounted to 11.432,300 people.
Moreover, in January-December 2018, the Ukrainian airlines performed 100,000 commercial flights (up 7.5% compared with 2017), including 84,100 international ones (up 7.7%).
