China condemns Nairobi terrorist attack


(MENAFN) China condemned the terrorist attack which struck a prestigious hotel and business complex in Nairobi, Kenya, leaving heavy casualties.

China's State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi expressed his condolences to such a violent attack in a letter to his Kenyan counterpart Monica Juma.

The top diplomat, in the message, also voiced his deep regret to the families of the victims as well as the wounded.

Wang added that China denounces all forms of terrorism, affirming its commitment to lend a hand to Kenya in its fight against terrorism.
