(MENAFN) Iran's national football team will be engaged in a challenging AFC Asian Cup Round of 16 match as they face the Omani team, since Oman will have several encouragements.
Iran's midfielder Ashkan Dejagah commented: "I think it's going to be a tough game. Going forward every team we face is going to be highly motivated. We've played Oman a couple of times before, they have a good team."
Dejagah added: "we should only focus on our game, we should be able to put pressure on them from the first minute, so that we can achieve victory."
The match between Iran and Oman is scheduled for Sunday and will be played at Abu Dhabi's Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium.
