West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who organized the mega opposition rally in Kolkata on Saturday, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government is past its expiry date.

The TMC Chief said the leaders on the stage showed what United India stands for. She noted leaders from 22-23 parties participated in the rally.

She said in the opposition everyone was a leader and a worker.

Reiterating the thoughts of the leaders who spoke before her, Banerjee said the Centre insulted CBI. "The officers are not bad but the government has ruined its reputation," she said.

Accusing BJP of inciting violence, the Chief Minister said she won't let BJP's rath yatra in the state.

She advised politicians and people to not be scared and fight BJP without any fear.

Banerjee went on to say the acche din won't come for BJP and the party has lost many opportunities.

She said they were given enough chances but now people across the nation can see through their 'false promises'.

"Agar desh ko acha rakhna hai, toh BJP ko vote nai dena hai. BJP will have to go for the country's benefit," she went on.

Launching a direct attack on PM Modi, Banerjee claimed he didn't respect BJP leaders. "PM Modi is unable to take everyone along," she said and added parties who had previously joined hands with the saffron party are welcome in the alliance.

She warned the citizenship bill will hurt BJP.

Listing achievements of her government, she said TMC reduced employment by 40%.
