Emraan Hashmi's Why Cheat India, which got released on January 18, has fallen prey to piracy as it was leaked online by website Tamilrockers.
Reportedly, the movie was leaked a few hours after its theatrical release.
Although Bollywood filmmakers are keen on curbing piracy, they are yet to come up with a solution to fight sites like Tamilrockers.

The website is known for uploading pirated copies of English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada movies.
In fact, recent releases like The Accidental Prime Minister, Uri: The Surgical Strike, Viswasam and Petta have also been targeted by this piracy site.

Emraan's Why Cheat India is based on true events and highlights the dark side of the education system in India.
The actor is seen playing the role of a conman in the movie who hires a team of toppers to write exams for other students for money.
The trailer hinted that Emraan, the mastermind, remains unapologetic for his actions.
