Iran, Pakistan to ink tourism, culture deal

(MENAFN) Iran and Pakistan were announced to be soon signing a memorandum of understanding on the expansion of cooperation in areas of tourism and culture.

Though the MoU, both Iran and Pakistan will be witnessing a surge in their tourism and cultural bilateral relations.

"We are looking forward for more cordial bilateral relation in the field of culture and tourism," stated Managing Director of Tourism Corporation of Pakistan's north western Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Mushtaq Ahmed Khan.

"We are struggling to promote tourism in our country especially in our province. 75 percent of Pakistan's historic spots are in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province," added Khan.
