DOHA: The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the explosion that targeted a police academy in the Colombian capital, Bogota, leaving several killed and scores injured. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm position on rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of motives and reasons.
