As announced earlier this year, on the 23rd of May, 2018, the Supervisory Board of Lietuvos Energija approved the new strategy of Lietuvos Energija Group (hereinafter – Strategy) , which covers the period up to the year 2030. Implementing the Strategy and gradually uniting and merging the electricity and natural gas trading, supply, and related activities, Lietuvos Energija plans to initiate the reorganisation process of UAB Lietuvos Energijos Tiekimas and Energijos Tiekimas UAB.
The planned reorganisation will have no effect on the clients of UAB Lietuvos Energijos Tiekimas and Energijos Tiekimas UAB. All the liabilities currently upheld by UAB Lietuvos Energijos Tiekimas and Energijos Tiekimas UAB will remain intact.
As have been announced earlier by Lietuvos Energija, consolidating its electricity and natural gas trading, supply, and related activities will enable the Company to develop and provide higher quality services and innovative solutions to its clients in a more effective and convenient way.
