(MENAFN) Morocco's Chabab Mohammedia club assigned Brazilian legend Rivaldo as its new technical director in a contract expiring by this season's end.
After talks were carried out with the Moroccan third division club, the Brazilian great, aged 46, was confirmed to have accepted personal conditions.
The club announced on social media: "(we) have signed the Brazilian legend Rivaldo to oversee the team's technical staff."
Rivaldo, media reports suggested, will be the head coach of the club the following season if the club was promoted.
