Oman- Sultanate participates in Global Aviation Summit 2019 in Mumbai


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Represented by the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA), Oman participated in the Global Aviation Summit 2019 in Mumbai, India.

The two-day event came to a close on Wednesday.

The sultanate's delegation was led by Dr Mohammed bin Nasser al Za'abi, CEO of PACA. The summit discussed several issues related to the future of civil aviation, including the study of organisational and financing models for air transport, the concept of 'aviation for all' and the future of drones in line with safety and security standards.

The conference also highlighted the need to develop aviation infrastructure, the ways governments deal with financing opportunities globally, and how best to enhance security of air transport through modern technology. The conference brought together leading aviation leaders to focus on policymaking.
