Gabonese president resumes his medical journey in Morocco


(MENAFN) Gabonese President Ali Bongo returned to Morocco to done with his medical treatment after a short visit to his country, presidential sources affirmed on Wednesday.

On Monday, Bongo had left the Moroccan capital of Rabat to join the oath-taking ceremony of the new government he selected over the weekend in addition to a cabinet meeting.

Bongo attended the ceremony on a wheelchair.

Last November, the government proclaimed that the Central African leader had suffered "fatigue" and "persistent vertigo" since arriving the former month in Saudi Arabia, where he went to join an investment event.
