Tunisia invites Morocco to Arab Summit


(MENAFN) Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi sent an invitation for Morocco's King Mohammed VI to join the Arab Summit set for March in Tunis.

Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita received the invitation which was delivered by Tunisian secretary of state Sabri Bachtobji.

According to the Tunisian official, the summit will be tackling several issues and obstacles Arab nations and their countries are going through.

Speaking on Moroccan-Tunisian ties, Bachtobji confirmed that "several ideas, projects and initiatives from both sides are under way."
