Some reports suggest that the midfielder is looking forward to join the Italian football club while other reports say that he has not reached a decision yet.
Paris St-Germain is also looking to sign the 28-year-old, alongside Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan.
Ramsey, when he reaches a decision on his next club, is likely to sign a pre-contract deal and then undergo a medical this month.
