(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has received a written message from President Beji Caid Essebsi of the Republic of Tunisia inviting him to attend the 30th ordinary session of the Arab League Summit to be held in Tunis in March.
The message was received by Sayyid Asaad bin Tariq al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, when he received in his office on Wednesday Habib Essid, Special Advisor to the Tunisian President and Envoy of the President of Tunisia.
During the meeting, the Tunisian Envoy conveyed greetings of President Essebsi to His Majesty the Sultan along with best wishes of health and a long life to him, and further progress to the Omani people.
On his turn, Sayyid Asaad asked the Tunisian guest to convey greetings of His Majesty the Sultan to the Tunisian President, and wished the Tunisian people further progress, prosperity and growth. The meeting was attended by the two advisors at the office of Sayyid Asaad and the Tunisian Ambassador to Oman.
