(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Jan 5 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Capital Markets Authority (CMA) said on Saturday that its fourth annual conference titled, "Capital Market Reforms through Regional Initiatives" will be held on January 23rd to discuss issues regarding capital markets.
In a press release, organizers said the conference will also tackles security "activities, and the functions of the regulatory bodies along with reviewing the recent developments in the field.
The statement noted participants will review "leading global cases in market capitals, which are presented by a selection of international and regional experts and specialists." First part of the conference emphasizes on discussing essential "important incentives and initiatives for listing across the Africa and Middle East region, the expected benefits and impact on financial markets in particular, and on the economic reality in general," added CMA.
Second part, the statement said "is financing of small and medium enterprises (SME) and its mechanisms and tools, including risks rising from financial technology. (end) ak.msa.lr
