The Company informs that on December 27, 2018 the Company has acquired 100% percent of shares of VVP Investment JSC from the group of natural persons and legal entities. VVP Investment JSC currently develops a wind farm of 20 turbines with capacities of 60 MW in the north-western part of Lithuania.
The transaction executed today is another step in increasing the share of renewable energy sources managed by Lietuvos Energija.
