Ramallah, Dec. 23 (Petra)--Israeli occupation forces on Sunday closed Al Taybeh commercial crossing west of Tulkarim city in the occupied West Bank for Palestinian traders and farmers.
Tulkarim Agricultural Department said in a statement that the occupation forces closed the crossing and prevented Palestinian traders and farmers from exporting vegetables to the Palestinian lands occupied in 1948.
The farmers carried out a sit-in in front of the crossing to protest the move, demanding the opening of the crossing and solving the problem immediately.
