(MENAFN) Yemen was announced to have welcomed various initiatives implemented by the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY).
The initiatives covered various areas in Yemen's al-Mahra governorate, including energy, water, education and transportation.
The Yemeni aid projects commenced during a trip representatives of SDRPY made to the Yemeni province.
Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Mohammed bin Saeed Al Jaber affirmed that "the Kingdom's leadership is keen to provide what is needed by the brotherly Yemeni people and will not hesitate to offer humanitarian and developmental support in all sectors."
