(MENAFN) The UN was announced to have commenced a cooperation agenda, to be implemented for three years, aimed at overseeing its work within South Sudan.
Under the 2019-2021 UN Cooperation Framework (UNCF), the UN activities in South Sudan will be managed.
The new UNCF was explained to have been secured as an extension of the 2016-2018 Interim Cooperation Framework.
The move supports new hopes South Sudan is witnessing with the creation of new potentials, stated deputy special representative of the UN Mission in South Sudan, Alain Noudehou.
