Riyadh, December 17, 2018, SPA -- Speaker of the Shurah Council Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh held a meeting here today with the Speaker of the Iraqi House of Representatives Mohammed Al-Halbousi and accompanying delegation, currently on a visit to the Kingdom.
At the outset of the meeting, Al Al-Sheikh welcomed the visitors, pointing to the bonds binding the two sisterly countries. The two sides also discussed bilateral relations and means to enhance them, notably, in the field of parliamentary relations.
Al Al-Sheikh concluded by reasserting the Kingdom's unflinching stance along the side of Iraq, to bolster stability and maintain territorial integrity of the fraternal country.
