(MENAFN) Syrians were confirmed by the Russian Defense Ministry's center for Syrian reconciliation to have received needed humanitarian aid, including food and clothes, from Russia's army.
The Russian military reportedly delivered the assistance on Sunday for people living in Tall Daman, a settlement in Aleppo in Syria.
The center's representative Pavel Matreninsky stated: "in total, we have distributed about 500 humanitarian food packages, as well as warm clothes for the local population, provided by the Akhmad Kadyrov Foundation."
The representative further added that the Russian military frequently launches similar humanitarian campaign.
