His Excellency the Vice Minister of the Somaliland Ministry of Finance Development, Abdulkadir Mohamoud Sheikh, Monday, awarded Gulf Marill Services Ltd (GAMS) and Hargeisa Automotive Company Limited (HAC) a Certificate of Appreciation each.
The Ministry recognized the twin companies for their role as model taxpayers.
Preceding the Vice Minister to introduce GAMS and HAC, the directors of Customs and Internal Revenue outlined how the two companies fully cooperated with the Ministry, and how they have shown a spirit of understanding and collaboration that was rare among privately owned companies.
GAMS General Manager, Aisha Hassan, received the Award given it on behalf of GAMS, where Mukhtar Ahmed Muhumad, HAC Administration and Finance officer, represented HAC.
Both companies have gained the trust of a considerable number of international and national agencies and individuals impressed with the quality of their services delivery.
