(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) MANAMA, Dec 11 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Minister of State for Housing Affairs and Minister of State for Services Affairs Dr. Janan Bushehri arrived in Bahrain on Tuesday to participate in the fifth Arab Housing Conference.
The minister was received by the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Ambassador of Kuwait to Bahrain Sheikh Azzam Al-Sabah and Assistant Undersecretary for Housing Policy and Services in the Kingdom of Bahrain Dr. Khalid Al-Haidan.
The Fifth Arab Housing Conference kicked off Tuesday under title "The future role of the public sector in social housing" with participation of ministers of housing and reconstruction in Arab countries.
It aims to shed light on the role of the public sector in providing social housing, in addition to the future roles to be played by the private sector in providing social housing.(end) hmd.nhq
