(MENAFN) A boy, aged 14, has passed away after he was wounded in a "collision" with another player at a youth football match.
Bedgrove Dynamos FC in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire declared that Luca Campanaro was wounded at an away match in Hillingdon, west London on Sunday.
He was transferred by helicopter to the Royal London Hospital where he was pronounced dead on Monday.
His stepfather Adam Keedle called Luca an "amazing young man and a real loss to the world".
