Japan charges ex- Nissan chair with financial misconduct

(MENAFN) Japanese prosecutors have indicted ex- Nissan chairman Carlos Ghosn of financial misconduct, pointing fingers at him for under-reporting his pay package over a five-year period.

He was nabbed again on further claims of under-stating his pay, which is possibly to put him under custody until 30 December.

Mr Ghosn has rejected the allegations before.

Prosecutors have also charged Nissan in links to the lawsuit.
