The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with Qatar Automobiles Company, dealer of Mitsubishi vehicles in Qatar, has announced the recall of Mitsubishi ASX, Eclipse and Outlander models of 2017-2018 over possibility of defects in forward collision mitigation software and hydraulic control unit software.
The Ministry said recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs. It will coordinate with the dealer to follow up on maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.
