(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- An Indonesian delegation, led by Dr Muhammad Hidayat Nour Wahid, Vice Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly, concluded its official visit to the sultanate on Tuesday.
It aimed at strengthening relations between Oman and Indonesia and developing cooperation between them in various fields, especially in the parliamentary area. The itinerary included meetings with several officials. The Indonesian delegation met H E Dr Yahya bin Mahfoudh al Mantheri, State Council Chairman, Sheikh Dr Kahlan bin Nabhan al Kharousi, Assistant Grand Mufti of the sultanate and Dr Mohammed bin Awad al Hassan, Acting Undersecretary for Diplomatic Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The delegation was seen off at the Muscat International Airport by Hon Saleh Zakwani, Member of State Council and Dr Khalid bin Salim al Saidi, Secretary General of the State Council, and Indonesian Ambassador to Oman, H E Musthofa Taufik Abdul Latif.
