(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Leading real estate company Aqar has announced that first retail outlets in Q'Centro, the comprehensive business centre in Bausher, are up for sale.
Q'Centro consists of 31 shops with areas ranging from 20 to 350sq m and they will be sold to potential SMEs with the aim to boost business in the sultanate.
Mohammed bin Abdullah al Khonji, chairman of Aqar Board of Directors, said, 'The complex is the first-of-its-kind in Oman. We have announced an enormous discount of RO4,800 for each unit owing to the 48th National Day of the sultanate. The prices start from RO19,000. The shops are ready for taking over.'
Located at a primary zone in the capital, the complex also provides 100 parking slots. In addition to the special discount provided on the occasion of the National Day, Khonji said the company will offer a special discount of RO1,000 for those holding Riyada Entrepreneurs Card.
He added that the move aims to motivate Omani youth to step into private business, and also to assist them to succeed in their own enterprises.
Q'Centro is ready for taking over, and therefore purchasers could directly move their own assets and belongings into their units, and launch their relevant business activities therein. 'The whole complex is fully AC serviced and has facilities including two prayer rooms for men and women.'
Khonji added that at the early stages of his investment and business, he purchased a business centre in the US containing retail shops and decided to transfer the experience to the young Omani business entrepreneurs through Q'Centro.
Q'Centro is located close to Mohammed al Amin Mosque in Bausher and in the vicinity of Panorama Mall and Muscat Grand Mall.
