(MENAFN) Twelve women have stood against a key self-styled spiritual healer in Brazil and indicted him of sexual assault at his clinic.
Joao Teixeira de Faria, also called "Joao of God", is resident in the town of Abadiania but has supporters worldwide.
A Dutch photographer, Zahira Leeneke Maus, declared that he had tricked her into performing sexual actions and then raped her.
However, Mr Faria's office strongly rejected the claims.
