The Asian Cup, now in its 17th edition, is taking place in the United Arab Emirates across four cities and 8 venues from January 5 to February 1.

For the first time in AFC Asian Cup history, this edition will see 24 qualified teams, up from the traditional 16, with an unprecedented 11 Arab teams competing for the coveted AFC Asian Cup trophy.
